Founder

Netta Jenkins is the founder of Holistic Inclusion Consulting, Host of Beyond Management™️ on LinkedIn (10M+ impressions), CEO of a tech company, and 2X published author (Wiley) of Super Charged Team: How Every Manager Can Create a Culture of Excellence and The Inclusive Organization. With 15+ years of experience advising corporations and coaching managers, she has built a LinkedIn following of 200k+ and been featured in The Washington Post, Forbes, Fortune, McKinsey, and Gartner.

In 2022, Netta delivered a TEDx talk, “Reimagining the Workplace.” Her influence spans the globe, with speaking engagements in the Netherlands, Ghana, and Turkey. She has collaborated with leaders such as Marc Lore, former CEO of Walmart, and Preet Bharara, former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

Recognized in 2021 by CIO Views as one of the “Top 10 Most Influential Black Women in Business to Follow,” Netta has served on Betterment’s advisory board and as VP of Global Inclusive Strategy at IAC/InterActiveCorp.
